UK developers leading the pack of Kinect and Move software

Posted By | On 24th, Jan. 2011

Recent UKIE figures have shown that the UK is leading in terms of software development for the new motion controlled accessories from Microsoft and Sony. Supposedly 42% of current Kinect games come from UK devs and 30% of Move titles are also courtesy of the Brits.

UKIE GD, Michael Rawlinson stated that “the array of strong products that our home-grown, UK talent is producing is something we can all be proud of. This just shows how our UK developer base remains one of the best in the world, and can continue to step up to the plate as the market develops and platforms evolve.”
