A new mysterious benchmark has cropped up on the forums of NoteBook Review- WCCF Tech points out that while the name of the actual card running the benchmark was blurred, and the authenticity of the image is not verifiable, it seems to be running the benchmark of the Maxwell Flagship GTX 880.
Seriously, if you just look closer at the image, you can see ‘GT 8.’ Plus, as we can see from the screenshot, it is safe to deduce that this is not a mobile variant being run, but the full fledged flagship desktop GPU, and boasting a very impressive 3DMark result of 6110. For reference for all you PC gamers out there, the GTX 780 scores around the 4500 Mark and the GTX 780 Ti scores around the 5000 Mark- an almost 40% jump in performance from its predecessors here.
This means that the announcement of the newest product in their flagship line may be imminent for Nvidia, possibly at Gamescom. Stay tuned to GamingBolt for more information.
