The tech team is working hard on that front according the game's creative director.

Dragon Age: Inquisition

Dragon Age Inquisition is shaping up to be Bioware’s finest title in recent years. As we previously reported, each level in Dragon Age Inquisition is as big as Dragon Age Origins. Continuing our coverage of the game, we asked Mike Laidlaw from Bioware who is the creative director of the game, about the expected resolution and frame rate of the PS4 and Xbox One versions.

Mike revealed that he is not sure what the final targets are but it will all be detailed before launch. “Actually, I don’t know what the target is for sure. The tech guys are still hammering that, we’ll get details out before launch,” he said to GamingBolt.

Here is hoping that they reach 1080p and 30fps on the PS4 and Xbox One versions. We feel that 60 fps is not a necessity for an open world game like Dragon Age Inquisition so a rock solid 30fps would do. Dragon Age Inquisition was recently delayed to November 2014 and will release across the PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One and Xbox 360. For more on the game, check out our hub page here.
