New FIFA 15 Gameplay Trailer Shows Off Agility and Control

More authenticity!

Posted By | On 01st, Aug. 2014

FIFA 15 is this year’s installment in EA Sports’ soccer sim series of games, and as has been the case for the last few years now, EA is introducing incremental updates and improvements to the game in a bid to make it more realistic and authentic, and by extension, more immersive.

What this trailer above shows you is the new gameplay improvements, which include improved player agility and control over both the player and the ball itself. All of these are part of the improvements brought about because of EA’s Ignite engine.

FIFA 15 will be hitting the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PC, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii, Nintendo 3DS, and PlayStation Vita, although only the Xbox One, PS4, and PC versions will get all the new features included with EA Ignite, while Xbox 360 and PS3 just get regular new updates. Meanwhile, the Wii, PS Vita, and 3DS will get a ‘Legacy Edition’ re-packaging of last year’s game (which in turn was a re-packaging of last year’s game, and so on going all the way back to FIFA 12 in 2011).
