During their Gamescom presentation earlier today, Microsoft have revealed new details regarding the upcoming beta for Halo 5. The much anticipated beta for Halo 5: Guardians will take place from December 29th 2014 to January 17th 2015, which is a period of three weeks.

343 Industries also revealed that the beta will have seven maps which will tailor to 4v4 combat. This will come along with three modes. The beta will come packed in with eleven sandbox weapons and customizable armor sets. The beta will start with “fair starts”.
