Facebook Will Pay You To Find Bugs in Oculus Rift

Make some money, honey.

Oculus Rift Dev Kit 2

One of the coolest things that can ever happen to you is you making money while you do something that you like doing. And as a matter of fact, that is precisely what Facebook is offering to anybody who likes the concept and idea of virtual reality- if you catch any bugs while using Oculus Rift, Facebook will pay you money. The minimum you will be paid per bug is $500, and there is no cap, so you could earn a lot of cash this way.

“A lot of the issues that come up with Oculus are not necessarily in the hardware yet,” Facebook security engineer Neal Poole says. “Potentially in the future, if people were to go explore and find issues in the SDK or the hardware, that is definitely of interest to us.”

He is probably referring to the idea that as the product continues to change and grow, so too will the potential for bugs and glitches.
