Ratchet and Clank Into the Nexus (2)

Last E3, Sony announced that they would be working with Insomniac Games to revive the classic PlayStation exclusive platformer series, Ratchet and Clank, with a new reboot that revisited the original game on the PS2 that started it all. Since then, we haven’t exactly heard a whole lot about the game, so it is understandable to be worried about it (especially given the propensity for Sony announced games to become vaporware over time).

However, Insomniac Games has now spoken out about it, assuring fans that the game is indeed still under development, and that it is coming along well. “We have no new information to give on Ratchet & Clank for PS4 besides that it’s coming along well!” they said on their official Twitter account.

It makes sense, though, I guess. The title is probably going to be discussed extensively during Sony’s E3 conference later this year, so they probably want to hold off on prematurely divulging any details.

That said, stay tuned for more information and coverage.
