Call of Duty Black Ops 3: Beta Weapons, Arena Mode Attachments, Emblem Making And More

Prestige is getting a big time makeover.

As we get closer and closer the beta and then eventual release of Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 there are some dribs and drabs of information coming about what people can expect moving forward. Treyarch recently held a Q&A on Twitter where the company answered a number of questions about everything from weapons that will be available in the beta, to the multiplayer arena to bans and protects.

Some of the most interesting little tidbits is the weapons that will be available to use. When Treyarch was asked whether or not all the weapons in the game will be available in the beta, the company wouldn’t flat out answer the question but did say people will know pretty soon. “Most weapons are. I just saw a near final list of what is in the beta, which means you will see it soon. :),” the company answered.

The company also talked about the fact that emblems will be created. Black Ops 3 will improve on the emblems when it comes to being compared to previous versions. This year’s version will allow for linking and grouping as well. Furthermore all content including attachment can be unlocked in Arena along with bans and protects, specialist draft which will be available to custom games.

The final little tidbit that could end up being rather big when the dust settles are plans the company has for prestige. When asked whether the prestiging system will be brought back in this game, Treyarch said it couldn’t spill a lot of details but it would be back and it was going to be getting some big changes. It sounds as though details are going to be coming relatively soon. Until then, you can still get into the beta by preordering the game, or just wait until Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 releases on November 6th for PS3, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC.
