Destiny

Bungie released a new trailer for Destiny: The Taken King, the upcoming expansion which is slated to offer a significant amount of new content. This trailer features the usual mix of gameplay, occasional looks at new weapons (possibly Exotics), a bit of story teases with the involvement of the Awoken and Eris, and Led Zeppelin’s Black Dog to top it all off.

The Taken King will bring a brand new story with Oryx, Crota’s father, arriving in the Solar System to take revenge on the Guardian who killed his son. Oryx has a new army called the Taken which consist of twisted versions of various enemy species with their own unique attacks. Fortunately, it seems that new powers, the Vanguard, the Awoken of the Reef and other allies will be around to back you up.

Destiny: The Taken King is out on September 15th for the Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS3 and PS4. A major update for the game will be out on September 8th while the raid, King’s Fall, will be out sometime later.
