Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain finally launched today, and with that, the Metal gear saga officially comes to an end. Hideo Kojima has signed off on the series with what may be his greatest accomplishment yet, and he has completed a story arc that has been nearly thirty years in the making.

As with any other franchise that is this old, there are a lot of fans who are emotionally attached to the Metal Gear universe, and to everything that it is and means to them- these players are probably going to get emotional at the prospect of visiting this world for one last time. These players are the ones who will be most affected by this debriefing video for the game that you can see for yourself below.

Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain is available right now, for the Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS3, PS4, and PC. It is, and always will be, a Hideo Kojima game.
