Mighty No. 9 Call

Comcept’s crowd-funded Mighty No. 9 has faced another delay but this time for its demo which was supposed to go live on September 15th for backers.

In a post for the current robot design contest, Comcept revealed that, “Finally, we know that all of our fans are looking forward to the Special Demo Version we are preparing, and we just ask that you be a little more patient.

“The team is working on it, but some issues popped up regarding the distribution method so there is a good chance it will not be ready to launch by the 15th. We are really sorry for the inconvenience.”

At the time, backers were not made aware of the delay – which makes news of it appearing as a footnote in another post somewhat clumsy. Mighty No. 9 has already suffered its own delay, releasing in Q1 2016 instead of this year for the full version. What are your thoughts on the delay of the demo? Let us know in the comments.
