Call of Duty Black Ops 3 Perks

Treyarch believes it has fixed the matchmaking features of Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 so that the issues that surrounded the multiplayer mode in Advanced Warfare, according to a new report surfacing this week. MP1ST quotes director Dan Bunting as saying that Black Ops 3 will have a different focus when it comes to weighting the matchmaking in the game’s multiplayer mode in a  recent BO3Fridays live stream.

Bunting said this matchmaking system will always prioritize network quality while skill will only be weighed when the game is trying to balance teams after a lobby has been created. This will obviously lead to better matches just because they will all have people who are working on stronger networks. That wasn’t the only thing that Bunting shed a bit of light on when he was talking during his stream. He also says there are going to be some new rewards handed out to people who play the game quite a bit.

Even better is that the rewards are going to be given to people who have played a lot of the previous titles in the series. This new reward program says that levels reached in either Black Ops 2, Ghosts, or Advanced Warfare multiplayer will equal specific in-game rewards in Black Ops 3, such as a weapon camo, reticles, and a calling card. The program is available for the PS4, Xbox One and PC and will require players to link their previous games to their Call of Duty account. Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 launches for those platforms on November 6, 2015.
