Fallout 4

Try as it might, Bethesda Softworks couldn’t quite stop gameplay, screenshots and details of Fallout 4 from leaking a week before the game’s release. Thanks to all the gameplay videos released today, we’ve finally gotten a look at some of the more interesting Perks in the game. Spoilers are of course in-bound.

As Eurogamer pointed out, there’s Idiot Savant (Luck 5) which randomly gives you 3x XP for each action with lower intelligence increasing the chance of this happening; Ghoulish (Endurance 9) which lets you regenerate health from radiation (can be upgraded three times); Pain Train (Strength 10) which grants you the ability to hurt and stagger enemies by sprinting into them. This doesn’t work on robots and larger enemies though (it can be upgraded three times).

Then there’s Nuclear Physicist (Intelligence 9) that grants 50 percent more damage with radiation weapons and allows Fusion Cores to last 25 percent longer (can be upgraded three times). Finally, for those feeling lucky, there’s Four Leaf Clover (Luck 9) which allows every hit with V.A.T.S. to have a chance of filling your Critical meter (can be upgraded four times).

What are your thoughts on Fallout 4 prior to its November 10th release? Let us know in the comments.
