More and more fighting games are coming to the PC of late, with games such as Guilty Gear, Street Fighter V, Mortal Kombat X, and Killer Instinct all getting PC versions. More and more Japanese games are also making the jump to the PC of late- so the natural question that arises from all of this is, can we expect a PC version of the upcoming Tekken 7 as well?
According to franchise director Katsuhiro Harada, a PC version of the anticipated seventh entry in the fighting game series is not out of the question. Speaking on Twitter, Harada responded to fan queries about a potential PC version of Tekken 7, by saying that he is paying attention to all requests for a PC version of the game.
He didn’t say much more, but remember, PC players’ requests have wrought wonders before- for instance, Sega’s Valkyria Chronicles, or From Software’s Dark Souls, all made it to the PC because of how much players wanted those games on the platform.
Not much is known about Tekken 7 right now- as a matter of fact, the only platform that it is confirmed for is the PS4. Stay tuned to GamingBolt, and we’ll keep you updated on this game, though.
