As far as gaming on Xbox One and Windows 10 is concerned, Microsoft seems to have shifted itself in a new direction. Almost every major Xbox One exclusive is now coming to Windows 10 platform which may or may not be a bad thing depending on your perspective. And it seems this will continue to happen in the future if Xbox boss Phil Spencer’s comments are anything to go by.
Spencer was asked on Twitter whether there are any plans to bring the Halo franchise to the PC and his response was quite optimistic. “We are always listening to the feedback and listening to what games people want to see from us,” he said. That is an interesting response since he is not denying a Halo game for the PC platform.
In another Tweet he stated that they are planning to continuously improve gaming experience on the Windows 10 store. The Windows store has a number of limitations in the form of forced v-sync, borderless fullscreen and lack of modding support. Spencer stated that he is aware of such issues and the team is working to improve it.
And lastly, for those who are wondering where Cuphead is, Spencer confirmed it’s still alive and is looking forward to it.
@ajleuer We are always listening to the feedback and listening to what games people want to see from us.
