After announcing the release date for Fallout 4’s Wasteland Workshop, Bethesda Softworks released patch 1.05 for all platforms. This added support for the DLC ahead of its release. Its size is 2.352 GB on PlayStation 4 but it will vary for other platforms. There doesn’t seem to be much more to it than DLC support.
Wasteland Workshop will add a number of new features to the game including decorations for one’s settlement, new traps, ways to capture and tame wild beasts, organizing fights between said wild beasts and settlers and much more. Basically, settlement builders are going to have a blast but we’re not sure if there will be a questline to pursue like in Automatron.
Next month’s Far Harbor will be different – it will be Bethesda’s single largest land mass in a DLC till date (even bigger than Oblivion’s Shivering Isles) and will contain a new story, new side-quests and much more. Also look out for the official mod tools from Bethesda later this month.
