The next big Steam sale, the Steam Summer Sale, will be starting on June 23, according to a new leak. Redditor MrFreemanBBQ showed a screenshot of what is apparently a confidential communication from Valve, which seems to confirm that the Steam Summer Sale 2016 will run from June 23 through to July 4.

The dates do seem to make sense, and the leaker in question has a generally solid track record of leaking all things Valve, so we have enough grounds and reason to put some stock in what he says. If this leak is true, it will be interesting to see what kind of format Valve adapts for their sale this time around- in their last major sale, they ditched their timebound Daily Sales and Community Sales format, and instead opted for constant price drops across the board for all titles.

What games do you want to be on sale this time around? Let us know in the comments below.
