As promised, there was an Active Time Report Community Special broadcast today- and though we didn’t get much new information out of the broadcast, which is in line with what we had expected, we did get some brand new footage of the game. This footage is focused specifically on Chocobos.

The giant birds, who have come to be sort of an unofficial mascot for the game series, show up in Final Fantasy 15 as well, and this footage shows us what they’ll be like in the game. You can check out the two minutes of new footage below.

Final Fantasy 15 will be launching worldwide on September 30 this year on Xbox One and PlayStation 4, after a development cycle that lasted almost ten years. It will be the first game in the series to have a simultaneous global launch. Let us know in the comments section if you plan on getting the game.
