Fallout 4

Bethesda Softworks has released a new update for Fallout 4 which adds some interesting new features. Update 1.6 brings more than 300 new names for Codsworth, thus bringing even more variety to player names. What are the names? Well, that hasn’t been revealed.

Along with support for upcoming add-ons like Vault-Tec Workshop in July and Nuka World in August, the update also adds ExitSave which creates an ExitSave every time you exit to the main menu. When resuming your progress, the ExitSave will automatically delete itself and works in all difficulties including Survival.

The update also brings some bug fixes like an issue where the game would crash if you targeted an enemy using VATS or one where your Companion would be unable to run and become. There’s also an issue where the player would be permanently invisible has also been fixed.

Update 1.6 is out now on PC and will be heading to Xbox One next week. No word yet on when the PS4 version will be out or when the mods beta for PS4 will begin. Stay tuned for more information in the meantime.
