Gran Turismo Sport Actually Looks Great In These New Screenshots

That is one good looking game.

Polyphony Digital and Sony have released a bunch of new screenshots for the upcoming Gran Turismo Sport for Gamescom, and the game actually looks far better now than it has so far- the series has traditionally had a penchant for high end graphics and production values, which is not the impression that GT Sport has given so far.

That changes with these new screens- although it’s probably still not as good looking as Sony’s own DriveClubGT Sport looks incredible enough to make you take pause in these images. Of course, it’s unknown if these are very specifically taken shots that are not representative of the final game necessarily- but given Polyphony’s pedigree, I am tempted to give them the benefit of the doubt on this one.

Gran Turismo Sport will launch in November exclusively on the PlayStation 4, with PlayStation VR compatibility as well. Let us know if you intend to purchase the game in the comments section below.
