Xur is back, which means new Exotic gear and weapons. For most Guardians it means most of the same items but if you’re interested, Xur can be found near the Speaker where he’ll remain until September 18th, 2 AM PST.
This week, Xur is carrying No Backup Plans (Titan gloves), ATS/8 Tarantella (Hunter chest) and Heart of the Praxic Fire (Warlock chest) each for 13 Strange Coins. No Backup Plans is useful for Defenders since it increases the duration of Force Barrier while Heart of the Praxic Fire leads to decreased cooldowns while Radiance is active on Sunsingers.
The Exotic weapon this week is the fusion rifle Plan C for 23 Strange Coins. Besides some overall good stats, Plan C is famous for its instant charge time when switching from your primary. The Legacy Engram this week grants Year One primary weapons and costs 31 Strange Coins. make sure to pick up five Three of Coins for seven Strange Coins a stack to prepare for Rise of Iron next week.
