PS4 Sales Are Disappointingly Low In Japan According To Latest Media Create Numbers

As the PS4 Slim launch date gets closer with each passing day, the sales of the original PS4 are rapidly declining. However that doesn’t mean it’s bad news for Sony as this year alone they will be launching two new consoles. One being the PS4 Slim and other PS4 Pro, not to mention the PlayStation VR headset which is due for launch next month.

According to Media Create, the PlayStation 4 sold just 560 units last week in Japan, which is even lower than the PlayStation Vita which managed to sell over ten thousand units. The Wii U sold over 3500 units, leading the PlayStation 3 sales which managed to do over 1100 units. You can check out the entire sales figure below (via Gematsu).
