Beta currently available to try on PC.

Arkane Studios’ Dishonored 2 will be receiving its New Game Plus update on December 19th for Xbox One, PS4 and PC. You can try the beta version of it now on PC via Steam if you’re willing.

This isn’t just your typical “carry over stats” and tougher enemies mode though. New Game Plus will actually let you utilize the powers of both Emily and Corvo. In normal playthroughs, you must choose between one character throughout.

The studio stated that, “Unlocked once you complete the game as either Emily or Corvo, New Game Plus lets you begin anew as either character with access to each hero’s full suite of abilities plus all the Bonecharm Traits and Runes collected from your previous playthrough that you can re-assign to choose the powers you want.”

Other features will be coming to Dishonored 2 soon including a Mission Select option and custom difficulty settings that let you “further tailor to your playstyle and adjust the challenge based on a wide array of settings.” Look out for those in January 2017.
