Square Enix Teasing ‘Exciting Announcement’ For January 26

Final Fantasy 12 remaster release date inbound?

Posted By | On 25th, Jan. 2017

It looks like Square Enix are teasing an ‘exciting announcement’ for tomorrow, January 26. What the announcement is, we don’t actually officially know yet, but thanks to some leaks earlier in the day, we can guess.

You see, earlier today, we realized that Final Fantasy 12‘s remaster’s Trophies had been uploaded to PSN, and were now in the database- that prompted us to speculate that its release date may be coming up shortly. And now, it looks like that is indeed the case- tomorrow’s announcement will probably be for Final Fantasy 12: The Zodiac Age, the HD remaster of Final Fantasy 12 that is due to hit the PS4 exclusively.

Of course, this speculation could be wrong, and we could end up with something entirely different being announced instead- but what would that be? A The World Ends With You 2? Okay, now I want that instead. Whatever it is, though, you can be sure we’ll keep you updated.
