For Honor Changes From Beta to Launch Revealed

Hero balance changes not expounded upon.

Wondering exactly how For Honor, which is now available across Xbox One, PS4 and PC, differs from its recent beta with the full release? Community manager Eric Pope has revealed some of the major changes on Ubisoft’s official forums. Some changes are based on feedback while others respond to issues seen in the betas till now.

To start with, countries in the Mediterranean Sea are included in the European region for matchmaking. Connectivity and matchmaking as a whole have seen improvements as well.

Various issues with collisions for heroes have been fixed along with better animation overall. Some of the more serious issues like memory leak, occasions where the frame rate sees major drops and so on have also been fixed and there’s better flow when going in and out of the invitation menu.

Oddly enough, despite claiming there’s been hero balancing (based on player feedback and implemented during the betas), the various changes for each hero have not been revealed. Perhaps in a more detailed update somewhere this week?
