Dead Rising 4 Launching On Steam on March 14

Now you won't have to put up with the Windows Store...

When Dead Rising 4 launched on Xbox One and Windows 10 PCs last year, it was exclusive- however, it was a timed exclusive, with provisions in place for its eventual launch on competing storefronts on PC, and eventually, on other competing consoles too.

A launch on the PS4 (or Nintendo Switch?) may be too far off into the future for now, but it looks like you might not have to wait for too long to play Dead Rising 4 on PC without having to contend with Microsoft’s widely disliked Windows Store- the game will be launching on Steam in less than a month, on March 14, 2017.

The price for this release will be $40, and you can save an additional 20% by pre-ordering it. While Dead Rising 4 has proven controversial due to all the changes it has made to the long running series’ formula, none of which seem to have gone down too well with fans, it is kind of hard to argue with a price like that.
