Prey’s Soundtrack Will Be Composed By DOOM OST Composer

New track released, too.

PREY

The upcoming Prey by Arkane, the new space science fiction title that bears no relation to the original Prey nor to its cancelled sequel, will apparently be getting a soundtrack composed by none other than Mick Gordon. And if you went a collective ‘who?’ at that, well, you shouldn’t- Gordon is the man who brought us the impeccable OST to the DOOM reboot last year, and as anyone who played that game will tell you, that OST was literally half the fun.

The soundtrack for Prey is being teased as being different than DOOM‘s (which makes sense, given that these are two very different games), and ‘diverse,’ featuring a lot of synth music. A track titled ‘Everything Is Going To Be Okay’ was released today as a tease for the soundtrack, which you can listen to via the video embed below.

Prey will be available on May 5 on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
