Dark Souls 3 Update 1.1 Patch Notes and Launch Times Revealed

Two new PvP maps incoming.

Posted By | On 21st, Mar. 2017

From Software’s Dark Souls 3 will be receiving a large update on March 24th to prepare the game for The Ringed City DLC. Patch notes for the same have been released along with timings across all platforms.

Overall, update 1.1’s biggest appeal is the addition of two new PvP maps – Dragon Ruins and Grand Roof. It also provides a increased frame rate for PS4 Pro owners, nerfs to poison damage and several additions to Undead Match. If password matching is used, players can split into teams and even allows teams to be split if each respective side has a password. You can read the full patch notes here.

Servers will be going down at 1 AM PDT on PC for two hours and 6 PM PDT on Xbox One and PS4 for six hours and two hours respectively. Season Pass and Ashes of Ariandel owners can play the new maps on March 24th while The Ringed City owners will need to wait until March 28th when the DLC is out.
