Diablo 3 Patch 2.5.0 Now Live, Introduces Seasons to Consoles

The Armory is now live as well.

Blizzard’s highly acclaimed action RPG Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls recently received patch 2.5.0 which adds some major new features and adjusts several others.

One of the major new additions is the Armory, a means by which players can save up to five different load-outs. The Armory will save socketed gems, Kanai’s Cube powers, weapons and skills, thus allowing you to develop highly specialized builds and switch at a moment’s notice. Crafting materials also have their own tab and thus won’t take up space in your stash. Then there are Seasons which are finally available for consoles.

Other changes include solo completion of specific Greater Rift levels in order to play in Public matches at specific difficulties (like completing Greater Rift 30 solo to play on Torment VII with friends). Several items have also been changed up and gear sets buffed include Roland’s Legacy, Inna’s Favor, Zunimassa’s Haunt and much more. You can read the full patch notes here.
