Not as heavy as you'd think honestly.

Sega made a blockbuster announcement yesterday when it confirmed that Platinum Games’ Vanquish would be heading to PC. Along with an unlocked frame rate, there are higher resolutions and other graphics options. Sega also updated the Steam page to confirm the game’s PC requirements so you can check if your rig is capable of handling the fast-paced cover shooter.

The minimum requirements are fairly lenient with an Intel Core i3, 4 GB of RAM and a GPU with DirectX 9 support and 1 GB of VRAM working well. The recommended requirements are slightly heftier but nothing unmanageable. You’ll need an Intel Core i5, 8 GB RAM and a Direct X11 complaint GPU with 2 GB VRAM. Regardless of which requirements you aim for, 20 GB of available space will be needed.

Vanquish will release on May 25th for Steam and is currently discounted by 25 percent. What are your thoughts on the game heading to PC? Let us know in the comments and check out the full system requirements below.
