Call of Duty: WWII Zombies Reveal Announced for SDCC

The world premiere is set for July 20th.

We’ve seen Sledgehammer Games debut single-player and multiplayer footage for Call of Duty: WWII, especially the new War mode which brings more narrative to a grand-sweeping objective mode. However, there’s more to come as the developer has announced that Zombies mode will be revealed at San Diego Comic-Con on July 20th.

While there isn’t much information available on the new Zombies mode, Sledgehammer has noted before that it will be based on historical events. Maybe Hitler’s paranormal experiments actually paid off dividends and players will have to battle Nazi zombies once more. Either way, expect it to be more in line with World At War’s Zombies mode than, say, Black Ops 3 or Infinite Warfare.

Call of Duty: WWII is out on November 3rd for Xbox One, PS4 and PC. What are your thoughts on how the game is shaping up thus far? Let us know in the comments below and stay tuned for more information.
