Monster Hunter World New Footage Shows Off The Thrill of the Hunt

The series has never before seemed this lively and dynamic.

Monster Hunter World

Monster Hunter World looks fantastic- the series has always been great, and that doesn’t look to be changing with next year’s Monster Hunter World, which will be making the jump back to consoles after years spent on handhelds. And it looks like that move may be for the best, because I can’t remember the last time things looked as dynamic in Monster Hunter as they do now.

Don’t believe me? Well, check out the new footage for the game, courtesy of IGN, for yourself below, which shows off just how thrilling a co-op hunt can be- even when one of the players has absolutely no idea (and I mean it, they seem to have absolutely no idea whatsoever) of what is going on. On the other hand, their teammate seems to know what they are doing, so they sort of carry the team.

Monster Hunter World is due out on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC in early 2018. Make sure to watch the gameplay video for yourself below.
