CD Projekt Red recently released its much awaited PS4 Pro update through the patch 1.50. This was to help run improve many aspects of the PS4 Pro version such as improved resolution and but the new patch also started causing the game to crash often. While there was initially some miscommunication as players interpreted that the studio wasn’t going to address the issue, it has now been confirmed that the studio will try to fix the issue as soon as they can.

Speaking to Eurogamer through an email, the developer stated, “We are aware of the issues some users have been experiencing following the PS4 Pro Patch and we are looking into addressing those as soon as possible.”

Given how beloved of a studio CD Projekt Red has become among fans of the Witcher series, this is one situation where players would patiently wait until the latest patch is released.
