Koei Tecmo has revealed that the Western release date for Dynasty Warriors 9 is February 13th, 2018 and it will release for the PC, PS4 and Xbox One. Along with this, a fresh batch of screenshots have also been released which you can check out at the end of this article. The screenshots allow a glimpse of the characters’ flashy costumes as well as scenes of  epic battles that the series has become known for.

Dynasty Warriors 9 will be the first entry in the series to feature a fully open world. It will feature a dynamic weather system and a day-and-night cycle. The game is confirmed to run in “4K” (no reports on whether this is native 4K)  on the PS4 Pro but at 30 fps. If you prefer playing the game with higher frame rates, then you can ejoy the game at a lower resolution of 1080p at 60 fps. It’s likely that the Xbox One X version of the game will run at an even higher resolution since it is one of the titles being enhanced for the console.

Additionally, you can pre-order the game and get seven bonus outfits for fan-favorite characters.
