Monster Hunter World

Capcom has released a whole bunch of new screenshots for Monster Hunter World. These screenshots showcase the hub area Astrea and the various activities and facilities available in this place. For one, players can pick up quests from quest boards. These can range from simple hunting quests to investigative quests. There is also a melting pot in this area which is used to craft consumables and also serves other uses.

You can get a glimpse of the Botanical Research Center where players can grow plants and farm resources to use for crafting. Optional quests can be picked up from here as well. Additionally,  you also get to see how the housing facility works. The house can be used to change the player’s equipment and to also customize the player’s palico companion. Monsters which the players capture can be released in the house as pets. Additionally, the house allows players to access the training grounds and to save or sleep.

You can see more of Astrea and the many opportunities it provides in the video and screenshots below.
