Plus a new anti-cheat measure as well.

PUBG Desert

PUBG Corp is apparently testing some new improvements for Miramar, the new desert map for PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds, on the test servers for the PC version of the game. The improvements include new buildings and cover across the map, which should add more possibilities for players to be able to escape fire, or to get to a vantage point.

Simultaneously, a new anti-cheat system for the game is also implemented into this patch- though, again, for now, this is only available on test servers for the game. Cheating is actually one of the issues that severely plague the PC version of the game, and PUBG Corp has stated its intention to take more stringent measures against it recently- so it’s good to see them already acting on their word.

You can check out the full patch notes for this update for yourself below. PUBG is available on PC, and on Xbox One in early access via Game Preview.
