Pokemon Go Fest Will Make A Return On July 14 And 15

The last fest was a total disaster, so things will hopefully be different this time around.

When the Pokemon Go fest was held last year, it was quite a disaster and Niantic even ended up having to reimburse the attendees because of the inconvenience caused to them. However, it looks like Niantic hasn’t given up as they have announced that the fest will return this year.

As part of their ‘Summer Tour’, Niantic have announced that the Pokemon Go fest will take place from July 14 to July 15 and an entire day of activities have been planned out. The fest is called ‘Pokemon Go Fest 2018: A Walk In The Park’ and passes for the single-day event will go up on May 11 for $20 on the event website. It looks like Niantic is determined to make the fest a success this time around as they certainly can’t afford to have another disastrous public event on their hands. Hopefully, everything goes according to plan.

If you’re interested to know more about what else is included as part of ‘Summer Tour’, you can read more on the official website.
