Monster Hunter World Bonus HR Event Now Live

Take on these quests to get bonus HR points.

Capcom is running a little event in Monster Hunter World to incentivize players to play it some more, in case they fell out of it in the last few months. This new event will get you bonus HR points, to help push that Hunter Rank up high, and run into fewer gates.

The event includes two quests- A Nose for an Eye, which is a 9 star mission requiring at least HR30, and has you take on a Tempered Anjanath and a Tempered Azure Rathalos in the Ancient Forest map. The other mission is Snow & Cherry Blossoms, which you might remember from the Spring event. Snow & Cherry Blossoms is also 9 Stars, and needs 30HR, and mandates you taking on a Tempered Pink Rathian and Tempered Legiana in the Coral Highlands. So yeah, have fun.

Monster Hunter World is out now on PS4 and Xbox One, where it has sold over 8 million copies worldwide since launch. A PC release for later this year is promised.
