Anytime you log into Playstation Home, World of Warcraft or any other online social ring you wear a mask. Online avatars are often created in their users likeness, but a lot of the time they are not. A shocking statistic shows that nearly 40% of MMORPG players create and use characters of the opposite gender to themselves. If that isn't a mask, then I don't know what is.
