Kingdom Hearts 3 (10)

New Disney properties, worlds, and faces make appearances in Kingdom Hearts games all the time (well, when they actually launch, at least), but a few are more constant than others. One such character is Winnie the Pooh, and his home in the Hundred Acre Wood. Recently at Microsoft’s X018 event, Square Enix showed off a trailer for the location in the upcoming RPG, and now we’ve got some screenshots to gawk at as well.

Just like the trailer itself, the location and the characters specific to that location all sport a beautiful cel-shaded aesthetic, and look absolutely gorgeous. A few characters are also shown in the screenshots, who you will obviously be familiar with. The Hundred Acre Wood, for those unfamiliar with the series, will be home to a variety of mini-games- though those aren’t depicted in the screens below. You can catch a glimpse of them in the aforementioned trailer through the link above.

Recently, another trailer focusing on Tangled’s Kingdom of Corona was also released- you can watch that through here. Meanwhile, Square also recently confirmed that some of the most major actors from the film Big Hero 6 will be returning to reprise their roles in Kingdom Hearts 3. Read more on that here.

Kingdom Hearts 3 launches on January 29, 2019 for the PS4 and Xbox One.
