Darksiders 3

Gunfire Games’ Darksiders 3, the long-awaited sequel in the cult classic series, is releasing today. To celebrate its launch, THQ Nordic has released a new trailer, which sees Fury embarking on a journey to defeat the Seven Deadly Sins. Throughout her mission, Fury faces many trials… but she may have some backup in the form of the other Horsemen of the Apocalypse.

Unlike its predecessor, Darksiders 3 focuses more on being a linear hack and slash adventure. Fury is more of a mage, using different kinds of magic and elemental forms to battle her foes. However, she’s also quicker than her brethren and has weapons like the Barbs of Scorn to batter enemies with.

As you travel through post-apocalyptic Earth, upgrades will be unlocked and new weapons (including a giant hammer) gained. If you’re curious to know whether the game is worth playing, check out GamingBolt’s official review here. Darksiders 3 will be releasing for Xbox One, PS4, and PC.
