Dreams Beta Still Due For 2018

More information will be shared when Media Molecule is ready to share it, apparently.

Posted By | On 11th, Dec. 2018

Remember when Media Molecule announced that the Dreams beta will come out in 2018? Now we’re a third of our way through December, and the end of the year is encroaching upon us. And yet, in spite of all that, there’s still no sign of the Dreams beta.

If you are frustrated, I empathize. The game was announced a long time ago, and has already suffered multiple delays, even to its beta. One such frustrated fan took to calling out Media Molecule on Twitter, asking them to not just ghost on their community like this, to which Media Molecule responded that plans have not changed, and the beta is still due to launch this year.

Which means in the next 20 days. When? When we get closer to its launch, Media Molecule will presumably share more information, as they said they will share more details when they are ready to, but for now, this window is all we have. It’s reassuring to know that it is still due out by this year end (if for no other reason than so we can finally go hands on with it). Dreams itself is due out in 2019 for PS4.
