World of Warcraft Battle of Azeroth

Blizzard Entertainment’s hotly anticipated update for World of Warcraft: Battle of Azeroth is now live. Tides of Vengeance seeks to address a number of complaints that fans have had since the expansion launched, along with introducing heaps of new content, including story quests, a new Warfront, and so on. Check out the trailer and survival guide below for a quick rundown.

Tides of Vengeance is essentially the next chapter in Battle for Azeroth’s story. As such, players in both the Alliance and Horde factions will engage in quests to investigate characters like Tyrande, Malfurion, and Saurfang. New War Campaign quests are also live, so you’ll be heading into the opposite faction’s territory as well. For Island Expeditions, dynamic events like fending off enemies from Azerite Extractors and new rewards will shake up the experience.

Those interested in Warfronts can head to Darkshore for something new. In an interesting new feature, players can use the Altar of Storms to become nightmarish new beings that can unleash havoc. New armour appearances, Faction Assaults, class changes (including some abilities no longer being tied to global cooldowns) and much more are also included.
