Tiny Tina, one of the most popular characters in Gearbox’s looter shooter series, will of course be returning in Borderlands 3, as its reveal trailer confirmed not too long ago. Once again, she will be voiced by veteran voice actor Ashly Burch, who lent her voice to the character previously, and has also been known for major roles in several titles over the years, from Life is Strange to Horizon: Zero Dawn.

Burch’s involvement in Borderlands 3 was confirmed by Gearbox Software CEO Randy Pitchford on Twitter, when he was asked about the same by a fan. Given Burch’s credentials and popularity, and the popularity of the character of Tiny Tina, this is news that will no doubt please a great many Borderlands fans.

This comes on the heels of the confirmation that though Tales from the Borderlands protagonist Rhys will be in Borderlands 3, he won’t be voiced by Troy Baker– who, according to Pitchford, turned down the offer to reprise the role. Borderlands 3 launches on September 13 for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC, where it will remain exclusive to the Epic Games Store until April 2020 (a fact that many people are none too pleased about).
