Fallout 76 Survival

Fallout 76’s last big patch came out earlier in the month, but publisher and developer Bethesda is already hard at work on the next big update, dubbed Patch 9. The update itself won’t actually go live until early May, but the development team has already spoken about what to expect.

With the new patch, your C.A.M.P won’t take damage against players you aren’t actively hostile against in Adventure Mode, which matches up with the March update that prevented players from dealing attack damage to non-hostile players. As long as you’re not targeting other players, you and your C.A.M.P will be protected. It will also make building C.A.M.Ps easier, changing it to where you only need to lay the first foundation on terrain, giving you more freedom to build and at a quicker pace (though this will not include Workshops).

There’s also details for weekly challenges going all the way to end of June, which include various weapon and building related challenges. You can check out the whole list of planned additions and changes here.

Fallout 76 is available now for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. You can take a look at our review of the game, as well as the roadmap for upcoming content.
