Gears 5 may not have any tobacco use when it comes out this September, but it’s still going to have lots of shooting and blowing stuff up. Like most games, you may need a little brush up on how to do everything you need to do, and if you’re a new fan just jumping in, you’ll need a crash course on how everything works. Gears 5 will have you covered in that area with a good old fashioned boot camp.
In a new trailer, we got a look at the game’s glorified tutorial mode in the form of boot camp in the appropriately named Training Gounds map that was shown off last week. It is exactly like it sounds, letting you ease into the cover based shooter before you get into the nitty gritty of things.
Gears 5 will release on September 10th for Xbox One and PC. As a bit of an added bonus, along with the tutorial mode, the official YouTube channel released a small clip of more multiplayer gameplay that was demoed at ELEAGUE. You can check both out below.
