The enhanced re-release of Persona 5 is coming soon in Japan. We have seen a lot of material for that release, from new personas, new locations and a lot more to do. The question for all of us outside of Japan, though, is when we’ll get a chance to get our hands on it. Well, we don’t have a date, but we do have a much better idea of the time frame.
In a special video from publisher/developer Atlus, we got a “Season Reveal.” Nothing in the video is new, all has been seen in some form before. But the dramatic reveal that the game will be available in the west on Spring 2020 is the star of the show. That means those outside Japan, specifically in North America and Europe, should be able to get our hands on it early in the next year.
Persona 5 Royal will release in Japan on October 31st of this year with the western release now slated for Spring 2020. If you’re curious what the English dub will look like, we already got a look at that earlier in the year at E3, which you can check out through here.
