With the announcement of RingFit Adventure, we saw the return of one of Nintendo’s casual-friendly franchises. While not a direct successor to the Wii Fit series, it clearly is taking that torch and running (literally) with it. Well another franchise from that era is coming back in a more direct way in the form of Brain Age: Nintendo Switch Training.

The original Brain Age was a game of quick reflexes and mental striking. You were challenged with various brain teasers as well as quick paced activities to keep your mind sharp. This version of the game seems to take all of that and adapts it to the Switch. Worth note that it seems there are some activities that cannot be done on the Switch Lite due to requiring the Joycons.

Brain Age: Switch Training will be available in Japan on December 27th. As of now no other region’s release date has been announced. The game will come with a special stylus fitted for the game that will also be sold separately. You can check out the announcement trailer below.
