MechWarrior 5: Mercenaries, the latest game in the long running mech series, came out earlier this year. Those looking for that classic robot on robot action were mostly satisfied, but the game had plans to release DLC post-launch back in April, but had to push that back. Now, we get our first look at the upcoming DLC, called Heroes of the Inner Sphere.

Part of the reason for the delay was apparently to expand the scope of the DLC, and it shows in this new trailer. The DLC will take us to the moon with a new biome, and as you’d expect, a ton of new mechs including Corsair, Champion, Dervish, Charger, Hatamoto-Chi, Vulcan, and Marauder II. It will also feature a new career mode that you can start over from scratch or upload your progress from the main game, new career paths, hero missions and tons of new equipment and weapons. Check it out below.

MechWarrior 5: Mercenaries is available now on PC, and unfortunately, no date is given for Heroes of the Inner Sphere. You can read our full review through here.
