F1 2021 PC Requirements Revealed

Recommended requirements stipulate a GeForce RTX 3070 for ray-tracing.

EA and Codemasters recently announced F1 2021and as one of the few annual sports franchises that keeps on improving consistently, it goes without saying that series fans are excited to see how it grows this year. With a new story mode, a two-player career mode, and more, it certainly seems like it’s headed in the right direction. Now, for those planning on playing the game on PC, minimum and recommended system requirements have also been released via the game’s Steam page.

On minimum requirements, the game will require 8 GB or RAM, and either an Intel Core i3-2130 or an AMD FX 4300, alongside either a GTX 950 or an AMD R9 280. If you want to play with ray-tracing enabled, however, you’ll need either a GeForce RTX 2060 or a Radeon RX 6700 XT. 

Meanwhile, on recommended settings, you’ll need a 16 GB RAM, either an Intel Core i5 9600K or AMD Ryzen 5 2600X, and either a GTX 1660 Ti or AMD RX 590. With ray-tracing enabled, the GPU requirements are kicked up to either a GeForce RTX 3070 or Radeon RX 6800.

F1 2021 launches for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, Xbox One, and PC on July 16. It will support Smart Delivery on Xbox, and free next-gen upgrades on PlayStation.
